Thai Table Massage
Thai Massage is an ancient form of therapy that combines passive stretching and compressions in a rhythmic manner to the whole body. This style of treatment is effective in addressing postural imbalances, physical discomfort, range of motion restrictions and muscle tension. Traditionally Thai Massage is done on a floor mat, however many of the techniques have been adapted so they can be used while the client is on the table!

Thai Mat Massage

Pregnancy Massage
Massage is a wonderful way for a woman to feel more at ease with her changing body and also to prepare for childbirth. During all trimesters of pregnancy, massage is an effective way to relieve swelling, tired and achy muscles, postural fatigue, and headaches. Using the pre-natal body cushion, massage can also be performed safely with a woman on her stomach or in a supportive, side-lying position.
