Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a non-intrusive technique, manipulating the "membranes" of the cranium and spine. The function of these membranes is to produce, circulate, and reabsorb the fluid, called cranial sacral fluid (CSF), in our spines. By assessing the flow of CSF through palpation, gentle manipulations can be made to correct imbalances. Craniosacral therapy can provide relief to sensory, motor, and neurological dysfunctions. It works to improve flexibility and joint mobility while promoting relaxation and circulation.

Cupping is a technique where a vacuum is created in a cup, drawing the skin up into the cup and separating the layers of connective tissue known as fascia.
