

Wilma Eller, RMT
Clinic Owner, Registered Massage Therapist​​​
Wilma has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2000, graduating with Honours from the Canadian Therapeutic College. She joined Advanced Health Massage Therapy over 15 years ago and became the clinic’s owner in 2018. Wilma focuses on helping patients of all ages improve mobility, manage pain, and recover from soft tissue injuries. She incorporates a range of techniques into her treatments, including hot stone massage, acupuncture, cupping, and counterstrain therapy. Outside the clinic, Wilma enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and keeping up with her energetic fur baby, Oscar.

Daniel Bacon, M. OMSc.
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner​
​Daniel Bacon is dedicated to helping patients find relief from pain and return to the activities they love. His interest in osteopathy began after a personal experience with treatment helped him recover from an injury when he had nearly given up hope. Inspired by this experience, Daniel pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario, followed by a Master’s in the Practice of Osteopathic Manual Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. He approaches the body like a mechanic—focusing on restoring proper movement and function to support the body’s natural ability to heal.

Samantha Eldridge, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist​
Samantha has been practicing massage therapy since 2018 and enjoys helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and recover from injuries. She has completed additional training in Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Cupping Therapy, and is currently working toward her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Sam is passionate about continuing her education and plans to further expand her skills with training in Athletic Taping, Fascial Stretch Therapy, and Thai Massage. In addition to treating clients, she is also an instructor in the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, her son Wylder, and their two dogs, Mason and Cooper.

Adam Bradshaw, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist​
Adam has been a Registered Massage Therapist and member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2021, after graduating from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. He is passionate about helping others and has experience working with a variety of patient populations. Adam uses a range of techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including myofascial techniques, Swedish massage, soft and deep tissue release, joint mobilization, and trigger point therapy. He is also experienced with Dolphin Micropoint Stimulation and looks forward to incorporating it into the clinic. Outside of the clinic, Adam enjoys staying active through sports such as soccer, volleyball, and golf. With a background in Sport Journalism and a love for problem-solving, he is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier, happier lives.

Kirsten White, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist​
Kirsten graduated with honours from Trillium College after previously working as a Physiotherapy Assistant. She has experience in a variety of therapeutic settings focused on preventative health, rehabilitation, and ongoing maintenance care. Kirsten uses techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage to treat a range of conditions, from orthopedic injuries to chronic pain. She often incorporates personalized self-care strategies and exercises to help clients achieve the best possible results from their treatments. Kirsten is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to supporting each client’s individual rehabilitation and wellness journey.

Erica Davidson, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist​
Erica is a Registered Massage Therapist who focuses on helping patients improve dysfunction and correct postural imbalances. Her treatments aim to relieve pain, improve movement, and support long-term function and overall well-being. She combines therapeutic techniques with patient education to help restore balance and prevent recurring issues. With 14 years of experience as a dental assistant, Erica has a special interest in treating TMJ dysfunction and imbalances of the head and neck. Outside the clinic, Erica enjoys staying active through sports and spending time watching her children at the rink or on the soccer field.

Michelle Frith, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist​​
Michelle is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience and a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College in Peterborough. Proudly rooted in the Niagara Region, she is dedicated to supporting her community through personalized, results-driven care. Michelle provides a wide range of therapeutic services, including relaxation and deep tissue massage, bamboo fusion, hot stone therapy, cupping, Indian head massage, and Dolphin neurostim, with a strong focus on helping clients achieve meaningful progress in their treatment plans. Committed to ongoing professional development, she continually pursues advanced education to further refine her skills and deliver the highest standard of care.
